I got a chance to skate Universitat last night (the three long, black marble ledges in a row), and was talking with a friend about all the amazing shit that had gone down there. A conversation like that doesn't happen without mention of Travis Stenger. Trav really did a number on this spot. Some personal favorites: nollie flip back nosegrind pop out in a marathon line, his line in Modern Love and his kickflip manny frontside flip from Supper's Ready. The latter is just insane. That manny is so fucking hard and couldn't have been done better.

The locals know it too. When you're here, don't be surprised if you hear them raving about "the one named Travis from Canada".

I just arrived in Barcelona today. It took rolling around for two seconds to be reminded how amazing the city is. Unfortunately, I'm not here with the usual suspects and I don't have my cams, so there won't be the typical trip updates. However, it is a rad time to look back on some of the Barcelona focused content from over the years on the site. Here's a couple clips posted in 2007 from my last trip here. More reminiscing coming soon.

A week in NYC is not enough time. There is just too much city, culture and life to take in. With that said, Robbie and Ian seemed to make the most of their short time here; seeing the sites, eating good food and skating the spots. It was so rad to have them here and I can't wait for the next trip.
